Mediation

Mediation with an Experienced Mediator

Mediation is a private, cost effective path to resolving any legal matter. We provide services for settling issues related to employer/employee conflict, homeowner/contractor disputes, as well as family law matters such as divorce or custody and parenting time issues.

We have an office conveniently located in the heart of Dillon. We also offer online mediation which allows parties to resolve disputes in the comfort of their own home or office. No need to meet in one room with attorneys, parties and a mediator when everyone can join the mediation from their own space.

We can video conference with all parties and attorneys in one screen. We can also break out for private conversations. We host the mediation so there is no additional cost to clients.

Colorado has no certification, required coursework, or experience for mediators. Literally anyone can start a business and call herself a mediator in Colorado. Christine Callahan is a licensed attorney in Minnesota with over 14 years of experience as a mediator. She is a qualified Rule 114 Neutral in Minnesota which by law requires several hours of continuing education in ADR as well as specific trainings, mentoring and experience.

We can schedule both in person and online mediation during the day, or outside of the traditional 9-5 work day. We can plan around your work schedule. You don't have to miss work to participate in mediation and you don't have to leave your home or office. Contact our office for more information or to schedule an online mediation.
